Pamela graduated from Maryville University in Missouri with a Master of Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health. She is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Florida, qualified to diagnose, prescribe, and offer therapy to patients of all ages and disorders.
Pamela has worked in the field of mental health for more than 20 years. She started her career by helping her in-laws start their drug recovery center in Destin over 20 years ago — it was there that she decided to pursue a career in nursing to apply her understanding and compassion to a population that is often misunderstood.
Pamela also has experience working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, as a home health nurse, and as a private duty nurse. She is excited to continue this work at The Crane Center.
