Carolyn is usually the first person you speak to at The Crane Center. When someone texts (844) 909-4156 asking about counseling, ketamine therapy, or getting established with a primary care physician, she is the one who answers and works out what kind of appointment actually fits.

That first conversation matters more than it sounds. Reaching out about mental health is hard, and the practice is built so it does not have to be harder than it already is. Carolyn takes the details, answers the questions people are often nervous to ask, and gets them on the schedule.

One of those questions comes up almost every time: we do not bill health insurance. Patients pay at the time of service. It is the reason The Crane Center can offer longer appointments, more flexibility in how many visits you have, and transparent pricing with no surprise statement arriving months later. Carolyn walks new patients through exactly what a visit costs before they commit to anything.

The other question is how soon someone can be seen. Because the practice is not working through insurance authorizations, new patients across Destin, Miramar Beach, the 30A communities and Panama City Beach can usually be scheduled far faster than the weeks or months people have come to expect from behavioral health.

Once you are established, Carolyn keeps things moving: coordinating follow-ups, handling paperwork before your visit so your appointment time goes to you rather than a clipboard, and making sure nobody falls through the cracks between visits.
